Ingredients:
- 8 ZENXIN Organic Garlic cloves
- 10 g ZENXIN Organic Ginger, cut in slices
- 350 g ZENXIN Organic fresh tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 12 Simply Natural Organic Red Chili Mathania (Whole), deseeded
- 10 g dried tamarind pieces (asam keping)
- 30 g Simply Natural High Oleic Organic Sunflower Oil
- 750 g Chinese mustard greens (head mustard), trimmed
- 400 g water
- 20 g chicken stock powder, homemade or store-bought
- 10 g Simply Natural Organic Cane Sugar
- 400 g roasted pork, cut in cubes (2 cm)
Methods
- Place garlic cloves, ginger, tomatoes, dried chillies, tamarind pieces, cooking oil and 500 g mustard green in mixing bowl, sauté 10 min/120°C/speed Stirring.
- Add water, remaining 250 g mustard greens, chicken stock powder, sugar and roasted pork, start Slow Cook /1 h 30 min/95°C. Serve hot.
- Sauté garlic cloves, ginger, tomatoes, dried chillies, tamarind pieces, cooking oil and 500 g mustard green.
- Add water, remaining 250 g mustard greens, chicken stock powder, sugar and roasted pork into the pot. Cook for 1 h 30 mins with medium fire.
