Highlights: Chinese Mustard (Brassica Juncea) 芥菜 Jiè Cài or Dai Gai Choy is a member of the cabbage family. It is a rich source of fibre, Vitamins C and K,  β-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin and other valuable antioxidants. Like many brassicas, it offers indoles, mainly di-indolyl-methan and suforaphane which help protect the body by inhibiting cancer-cell growth.

This is the mustard that fermented mustard pickle is made from, that delicious side dish found in Chinese cuisine.
