Ingredients:
- 400g Greek yogurt whole or nonfat
- 60g Simply Natural Fresh Raw Honey, to taste, plus extra to drizzle
- Simply Natural Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to drizzle
Methods
- Spoon yogurt into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
- Place frozen yogurt cubes into mixing bowl and with aid of spatula chop 20 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add honey and blend 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to bowls, drizzle with honey and olive oil and serve.
- Spoon yogurt into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
- Remove the frozen yogurt from the ice tray.
- Blend the frozen yogurt cubes with honey until creamy texture.
- Transfer to bowls, drizzle with olive oil and honey. Serve.
