Snap a picture of the defective product.
Send it with a brief description of the problem.
Complete the above procedures within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Complaints made after 24 hours will not be entertained as defects may be caused by incorrect storage, exposure to high temperatures, handling issues etc.
If you discover defects in our products later than the grace period stated above, we reserve the right to not replace or refund.
