We have different options available on zenxin.com.sg. You may order à la carte by choosing each item to add to your cart or order from our extensive range of organic boxes whenever you like and enjoy next day delivery. Alternatively, you may order any of our subscription organic boxes for 1, 2 or 3 months.
Our orders are processed through a Paypal gateway where you may pay with a Paypal account or by Debit or Credit card.
We work with next day delivery unless otherwise requested and delivery is every day, except during Chinese New Year. There is a system generated email which is sent when your order is put to processing, so delivery will be on the next day. You will be sent a confirmation message by Whatsapp or Telegram according to your preference as the order leaves the shop. Delivery times are from midday to 6pm. Deliveries will be impacted by traffic, weather and the distance of the delivery address from Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre.
For the à la carte orders of S$85.00 and above, delivery is free. There is a flat rate for delivery of S$6.00 for order below $85. For Organic boxes if your total order is less than S$80.00 there is also a flat rate for delivery of S$6.00. For a subscription order the delivery charge drops to S$4.00 per delivery, so for 1 month's organic box @ S$4.00/delivery that would be a total of S$16.00. Renewing monthly box subscribers merit a 5% loyalty reward off their next subscription.
You may share notes about your order on the Checkout Details page before you checkout. We are able to customise the organic boxes to avoid mushrooms, the allium family, the nightshade family or up to 3 specific intolerance requests. We can also cope with adding up to 3 special requests for particular items.
Our physical shop is located opposite the Kopitiam in the Wholesale Centre. Unit #1-25, Blk 14 Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre, Singapore 110014 We are open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 5:30pm This includes staying open for public holidays. Our only closure is 4 days for Chinese New Year. This year closure will be 31st January 2022 thru February 3rd 2022 Due to Covid-19, the Wholesale Centre (PPWC) requires that visitors should be fully vaccinated and security will ask to see the Delivery Order that we provide. To receive a DO, Whatsapp or call us on +65 6778 7369 giving your full name and the date you wish to visit and we will send a complete form via Whatsapp. For further information about products you may search on zenxin.com.sg and follow us on FB, IG, LinkedIn and Youtube. There will be a regular update of seasonal products and new arrivals on Tuesday afternoon at ~4pm and tips and recipes every other Saturday morning from 11am.
Items once sold are not refundable or exchangeable, so please check your order immediately against the paper invoice sent with. Out of stock items and refunds will be marked on the accompanying paper invoice and will be processed and refunded by our accountant. If items in your order are not marked out of stock and are missing or defective, please let us know within 24 hours from delivery. Take a snapshot of the paper invoice clearly showing your order number and send via our Business Whatsapp at 6778 7369 or Telegram 89511202.
For refunds for online orders please quote your invoice number. Snap a picture of the defective product clearly showing the Zenxin label. Send it via Whatsapp to 67787369 with a brief description of the problem. Please complete the above procedures within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund before the accountant closes the order. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be entertained as defects may be caused by incorrect storage, exposure to high temperatures, handling issues etc. If you discover defects in our products later than the grace period stated above, we do reserve the right to not replace or refund.
