Ingredients:
- 60g Simply Natural Organic Sun-dried Goji Berry Powder
- 60g slivered Simply Natural Dehydrated Almonds, plus extra to garnish
- 350 ml almond milk
- 120g ZENXIN Organic Banana, frozen, cut into pieces
- 120g plain Greek yogurt
- 15 ml maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Simply Natural Chia Seeds, plus extra to garnish
- Extra Simply Natural Organic Sun-dried Goji Berry to garnish (optional)
Methods
- Place almonds into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9.
- Add goji berry powder, almond milk, banana, yogurt, maple syrup and chia seeds and blend 30 sec/speed 6.
- Garnish with extra goji berries, slivered almonds and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
- Crush or blend almonds.
- In a blender, add goji berry powder, almond milk, banana, yogurt, maple syrup and chia seeds. Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Garnish with extra goji berries, slivered almonds and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
