- 2 ZENXIN Organic Garlic cloves, unpeeled
- 10 g Simply Natural Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 300 g ZENXIN Organic Broccoli Florets
- 50 g ZENXIN Organic Carrots, thinly sliced
- ¼ tsp Simply Natural French Sea Salt, adjust to taste
- Place garlic cloves into mixing bowl, chop 5 sec/speed 5. Carefully avoiding to touch the blades, remove garlic skin. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add olive oil, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1.
- Sauté chopped garlic with olive oil until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets, carrots, salt and cook for 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
