Chicken in Dark Sauce


  • 700g Free range Chicken
  • 100ml water
  • 5 slices ginger ( Skin peeled)
  • 3 tsp light soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce ( or less if you prefer less dark )
  • 1 tsp black pepper ( crushed if you want spicy or whole is fine )


  1. Prepare the ingredient.
  2. Marinated the chicken  
  3. Cook with Thermomix
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
