But Why Organic?

The first thing that comes to mind is “no chemicals, so they must be good!”

Back in the 2000s, organic food started as wellness food (to nursed back to health), but now has become the choice of life for most families to eat healthier without an ounce of worry while giving back to Mother Earth at the same time.

Organic foods also come with food knowledge in terms of origins, production, certifications and more. It is a long, costly process that incorporates time and effort to yield the best nutrient-dense foods.

How It’s Made

Similar to the prized wagyu beef story, organic foods are grown with care in the best environment and require a strict certification that guarantees top quality and safety measures.

While our amazing farmers don’t necessarily massage the fresh vegetables, they are fully invested from farm to table with full traceability – monitoring soil conditions, ensuring the land’s biological productivity, manually weeding out bad crops, importing fresh harvests and more.

All without the help of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.

Wait… Full Traceability?

A term often used in the organic industry that refers to Organic Transaction Certificate or ‘the organic birth cert’, it is used to verify a product’s origin and organic status.

In layman’s terms, each product comes with a traceable batch code that answers the big 1H and 5Ws – how it is produced, what ingredients are used, why it is used, who packs it and, where and when it is distributed to.

Each production stage is scrutinized from farming, packaging to shipping to ensure the entire supply chain meets the stringent organic standards that give a great transparency and serve consumers with full organic trustworthiness guaranteed.

WDYM by Organic Standards?

The term ‘Certified Organic’ can only be used when it is certified by an independent third party certifier in Malaysia.

With that being said, we are proud that ZENXIN is Malaysia’s first organic food company to be fully certified by the National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA) which is accredited by the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) and International Food Safety Standards ISO22K.
