- 20 g Simply Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200 g Simply Organic Brown Onion, cut into wedges (3-4 cm)
- 100 g Simply Organic Chinese Celery, cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
- 100 g Simply Organic Carrot, cut into pieces (2-3 cm)
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and start High Temp.
- If desired, chop 3 sec/speed 5 or use as needed.
- Place all ingredients in a frying pan and sauté well.
