Ingredients:
- 50g Organic Coconut Oil
- 15g Organic Garlic Cloves
- 65g Organic Shallots
- 10g Galangal
- 1 cm Fresh Organic Turmeric
- 1 cm Fresh Ginger
- 10g dried chillies ,deseeded, soaked to soften
- 3 candlenuts
- 2 stalks fresh Organic Lemongrass white part only
- 800g Chicken Thighs with skin and bone
- 50g toasted coconut paste
- 100g Organic Coconut cream
- 1- 2 tsp adjust to taste
- 45 palm sugar ( Gula Melaka)
- 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 1 Turmeric leaf , thinly sliced
Methods
- Prepare the ingredient.
- Marinated the chicken
- Cook with Thermomix
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
