Apology Note from ZENXIN

Dear Friends of ZENXIN,

I hope this letter finds you well.

It has been a hectic week for the team at ZENXIN.

We have been going the extra s(miles) trying to fulfill online deliveries, filling up ZENXIN’s organic shops, replenishing our counters in the supermarkets and supporting other food retailers who stock us.

I am penning this letter as our team works their best at packing your organic boxes,

With great shortage of organic fresh produce now, due to panic purchase and limited freight options, we, at ZENXIN, do not compromise with the sources and quality of organic produce we present to you. As such, you may find that we have limited varieties of organic fresh produce compared to before COVID-19 struck our shores.The same goes for our sister brand Simply Natural Organic dried food.

One point I have noted is that there have been many other similar organic fresh produce delivery sites, claiming to be organic but in fact most of the produce sold are not organic.

I wanted to assure you that the ZENXIN team is as committed, if not more to grow fresh organic vegetables in our farms, our organic growers’ farms, and sourcing from certified organic farms across the world to feed you and your precious ones healthily.

Our warehouse and wholesale teams are working extremely hard to deliver to you on time, as orders flood our lines as Singapore announced heightened Circuit Breaker measures, the same can be said for our retail teams who are serving you daily at the front line.

We thank you for your patience and the best ZENXIN organic produce and Simply Natural Organic Food will be with you soonest.
