Apology Note from ZENXIN

Dear Friends of ZENXIN,

I hope this message finds you and your families safe and well amid the evolving Covid -19 pandemic situation.

First of all, as food team leader of ZENXIN, I would like to apologize sincerely to all who have experienced delays in receiving your organic deliveries.

COVID -19 is a black swan event . At ZENXIN, we encountered an unprecedented surge of more than 500 orders the very night before Malaysia’s lockdown.

Knowing your needs, our teams set off to work immediately. However, due to a sum of all factors added up, including unforeseen delays on transportation, logistical ends, such as flight cancellations etc, delays have been experienced on all ends of the supply chain.

To mitigate this issue, we have tightened and reinforced on our ends connections with our suppliers both local and abroad, we have also actively worked on looking for other organic supplies for you, our friends.

Our coordinating team seeks to attend to all orders by Apr 1 or this evening, and advice customers who have placed orders before Mar 25. If you do not receive our update,

Meanwhile, we did all our best so as to restart online operations on 2nd April——-

We will relaunch organic boxes with organic fresh produce vegetables with fresh eggs. 

I also ask our friends to support our team at ZENXIN with these simple steps below:

  1. Order Early: Your early orders will help us coordinate with farmers to get the freshest organic supplies over to you on time
  2. We invite you to be in ZENXIN’s WhatsApp business number (Malaysia:+60123708299) & (Singapore: +65 6778 7369) as we want to update you soonest the status of our organic vegetables and food supplies.
  3. As and when possible, we encourage able consumers to pick up your ZENXIN organic boxes from our shops and in so doing, have the delivery options freed up for other consumers who may need this service more.
  4. We seek your kind understanding that delivery can be delayed due to limitations set off by the pandemic situation.

We have also received some feedback from customers who have not been allowed entry into our shops at certain points in time. We seek your kind understanding that social distancing is crucial at the moment and we are doing all we can to safeguard not just your interests and well being but also our team’s.

Lastly, with the sudden surge in demand for food and the cancellation of flights worldwide, you may notice that some of your favourite organic vegetables or fruits might not be available, rest assured that we are trying our utmost to reach out to our organic suppliers to support you with what you need. I also like to assure you that pricing of organic produce from our Malaysia and Thailand organic farms will remain the same. However for imported organic produce sent by air freight, prices may have to be adjusted as flight cancellations have escalated costs as 3 to 5 times more.
