Dear Friends of ZENXIN,

I hope this email finds you well amid moments of uncertainty brought forth by Covid-19.

I’m writing to reassure you that our main priority at ZENXIN is you, our friends. Your wellbeing and safety remains to be our top concern.

We understand the decision of the Malaysia government to halt instances of social gathering and most of the services in Malaysia.

However, be deeply assured that our organic farmers, packers, drivers and retail staff will be always at the front line to grow, harvest, pack and deliver the freshest organic produce you and your family rely on at your point of need.

We are aware that there have been concerns to securing food and we are doing our upmost, to provide support to you in this time of need.

All 15 of our organic shops in Malaysia and Singapore are committed and remain open as we continue delivering to more than 200 supermarkets across both countries.

But I urge you to be considerate to others when you visit ZENXIN’s organic shops, for example, remember to wash or sanitize your hands. If the shop is busy, choose to come back in a few minutes. These little initiatives on our part take little effort yet can be extremely beneficial to fellow friends and our staff.

Additionally, we have put in place extra measures across our daily operations to ensure safety and efficacy in this unprecedented time. We advise all our colleagues who have fever symptoms not to come to work, watch out for their family members who have similar symptoms and we monitor our colleagues’ temperature on a daily basis. We also have sanitizers in place and encourage our colleagues to practice safe distancing while at work, as well avoid unnecessary gathering.

It is fortunate that our Malaysia and Singapore warehouse have been recently certified to ISO22000 international food safety standards, and our cleanliness level is timely upgraded.

On another important note, I want to assure you that pricing of all ZENXIN organic produce and Simply Natural products will remain the same in this time of your need. We also provide our colleagues with very special discount on our products so they do not need to rush to the supermarkets to fight for the essentials.

Finally, I ask you to stay calm as we all do our part for ourselves, our family, friends and the community at large.
