Quinoa is one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat. As a complete protein, quinoa contains all nine essential amino acids – including the elusive lysine and isoleucine acids, which most other grains lack. Quinoa is therefore an excellent choice for vegans and vegetarians.
Fresh, homemade tempeh has a fuller, more fresh flavor than any store-bought version out there. It’s so delicious that you can eat it on its own without seasoning. This tempeh is best served cut into thin 1-2cm thick slices and then PAN-FRIED until golden brown.
