Bona Mel Organic Thyme honey is produced by our bees from thyme wildflowers near the Mediterranean, found in the natural parks Sierra Mariola, located in the province of Alicante (Spain) and La Safor located in the province of Valencia, at an approximate altitude of 1,000 meters and the Natural Park of “Sierra de La Cebollera” located in the province of Soria (Spain) at an altitude of 1,800 meters. Our organic thyme honey has a medium clear reddish visual appearance, a floral aroma with a denoted phenolic component, a very intense and persistent in the mouth sweet taste, with clear acid notes. We harvest it from beehives in the months of June and July.
