SImply Natural’ organic wheat flakes are made from whole kernels of wheat which have been steamed then rolled flat through steel rollers. Thus the fibre is retained, but the kernels are made more digestible. It is great to use in home-made breads, muffins, cookies and cakes as well as as a hot cooked cereal or even toasting to make your own granola.
