The terms and conditions listed below shall apply to ZENXIN BUY & WIN CONTEST (The Contest) organized by ZENXIN Agri-Organic Food (The Organizer).

1) The Contest is open to all participants above the age of 18 years with a valid local residential address for shipping purposes.

2) Participation in the Contest amounts to an acceptance of all terms and conditions laid out by the Organizer.

3) All information provided by all participants will be used by the Organizer for internal use and for marketing purposes only.

4) All participants consent to subscribing to newsletters and other marketing efforts from The Organizer. 

5) Multiple entries are allowed but each participant can only win ONE (1) prize.

6) Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the Contest entry by the Organizer.

7) All prize winners will be notified via the mode of entry submission unless otherwise stated and may be required to private message the Organizer via the social media platform to provide their personal details (name, email and contact number) for the purposes of identity verification for prize collection.

8) Should the winner be uncontactable, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.

9) All winners must present identification to the Organizer for verification purposes before claiming their prize.  

10) All winners consent to the publication of their names and social media identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or submitted photo) on relevant social media platforms for publicity purposes by the Organizer.

11) The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this voucher with immediate effect without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the winner’s entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of the Organizer. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

12) All prizes will not be able to be exchanged for anything else, including but not limited to cash, vouchers, refunds, points, products, extended validity. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value should the need arise.

13) All prizes will be processed for delivery to the winners within six (6) to eight (8) days from the Contest end date. The Organizer reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.

14) All unclaimed prizes after three (3) months from the date of the announcement or notice of the claim of the prize whichever is earlier failing which will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prizes. The Organizer reserves the rights to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.

15) The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e. travel expenses, transportation cost, duties and taxes) involved to redeem or collect the prize shall be borne by the winner at their own cost.

16) The Organizer shall not bear responsibility for any contest entries that are incomplete, incoherent, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, misdirected, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent/ published due to technical or transmission failures of any kind or any other reason.

17) The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the Contest. The Organizer does not assume any liability for any unlawful or unlawfully produced content entry.

19) The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notice.
