Winemaking: Hand-harvested and sorted, naturally fermented with wild yeast in concrete tanks, aged for an appropriate time before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
This wine is bursting with fruit flavors, reminiscent of biting into a juicy black cherry with a slight crunch. Mid-palate, there are hints of black olive and ground dark chocolate. The tannins are firm, and for a Côtes du Rhône entry-level red, it has an impressive concentration. The 2022 vintage is relatively mature, offering well-concentrated fruit, ripe tannins, and subtle spice notes. It is drinkable upon opening and remains excellent for up to three days. It pairs well with richly sauced seafood dishes when served slightly chilled.
