1. Event Details

  • Venue: Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, TOP of UOB Plaza

  • Organizer: ZENXIN Organic Singapore

2. Ticketing

  • Normal Ticket Price: $58

  • Member Exclusive Price: $38

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Registration

  • All attendees must register via the QR code or designated event page.

  • Confirmation of registration will be sent via email. Please present your confirmation email at the event for admission.

4. Seating & Capacity

  • Seating will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.

  • ZENXIN reserves the right to limit the number of attendees due to venue capacity or health regulations.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have had recent exposure to infectious diseases.

6. Photography & Media

  • By attending the event, you agree to be photographed or recorded for Zenxin Organic’s promotional and marketing purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff on the event day.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

  • ZENXIN reserves the right to modify the event program, timing, or venue if necessary.

  • In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.

8. Liability

  • ZENXIN Organic Singapore shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

🌿 ZENXIN x Amazon Giveaway Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview
A giveaway is organized by ZENXIN Organic Singapore in partnership with Amazon. Customers who make a minimum purchase of SGD $10 on any Simply Natural or ZENXIN product on Amazon will qualify for a chance to win exciting prizes.

2. Eligibility

  • The campaign is open to all residents of Singapore, aged 18 years and above.

  • A valid Amazon order receipt is required as proof of purchase.

3. Campaign Period

  • Qualifying purchases must be made on or before 10 May 2025.

  • Winners will be selected and announced between 12 May to 15 May 2025.

4. How to Participate

  • Spend a minimum of SGD $10 on ZENXIN or Simply Natural products via Amazon Singapore.

  • Ensure your contact details (email and/or phone number) are accurate and accessible.

  • Scan the QR code in the poster posted in Amazon.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone number provided on their Amazon account.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, another winner may be selected.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.

  • Prizes must be claimed within 24 hours of notification, or they will be forfeited.

7. General Conditions

  • Each qualifying order entitles the customer to one entry. Multiple entries are allowed with multiple qualifying purchases.

  • ZENXIN and Amazon are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.

  • ZENXIN reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entry and disqualify any participant found to be violating the rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.

8. Publicity

  • By participating, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

  • Participants' personal data will be used strictly for the purposes of this campaign and will be handled in accordance with ZENXIN’s Privacy Policy.

10. Rights Reserved

  • ZENXIN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
