A rare white wine from the Vacqueyras appellation. Aromas of gardenia, apple, and peach, accompanied by the juicy crispness of fresh-cut pineapple. On the palate, it is concentrated and full-bodied with refreshing acidity, a hint of orange peel bitterness, and a creamy finish reminiscent of a soft and fluffy apple cake roll. This white wine pairs well with creamy seafood dishes, such as grilled lobster with garlic butter sauce or lemon-butter seared scallops.
