Alce Nero Tri-colour Fusilli is made using organic durum wheat which is grown in Italy. Tomato and spinach are added to the durum wheat semolina, making this pasta perfect for tasty and colourful recipes.
Made exclusively with organically grown Italian durum wheat from Lombardy, Tuscany, Lazio, Basilicata, Puglia and Sicily. The special bronze drawing process gives it a rough surface, making it perfect for absorbing sauces. The long process of drying at low temperatures keeps the wheat’s excellent natural properties intact, completing an exacting production cycle that pays meticulous attention to quality.

Durum wheat semolina flour*, powdered tomato (3%)*, powdered spinach (2%)*. *Organic.

PREPARATION
1. 1.2 litres of water per 80g of dry pasta (for one serving)
2. Boil water and add 10g of salt per litre of water
3. Cooking time of 11 minutes for italian style 'al dente'
4. For softer pasta, boil for 2 or 3 minutes more
