Campaign Period
This campaign is valid from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, while Scratch Cards and prizes last.
Scratch Card Usage
Each Scratch Card is valid for one (1) scratch and one (1) prize redemption only. Please keep your original winning Scratch Card until your prize has been successfully redeemed.
Free Product / In-Store Voucher
Winners must present the original winning Scratch Card at any participating ZENXIN outlet to redeem the prize. Photos, screenshots or copies of the Scratch Card will not be accepted.
E-Voucher / Free Delivery Voucher
Visit www.zenxin.com and enter the promo code shown on the winning Scratch Card during checkout. Each promo code is valid for one-time use only.
Voucher Value & Currency
All In-Store Cash Vouchers and E-Vouchers will be issued in the local currency of the participating market. Voucher values stated with the “$” symbol refer to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) in Malaysia and Singapore Dollars (SGD) in Singapore, according to the country of redemption. Voucher values are fixed and are not subject to currency conversion or exchange between Malaysia and Singapore.
Voucher Usage
No minimum spend is required to redeem In-Store Cash Vouchers or E-Vouchers. Vouchers are applicable to ZENXIN, Simply Natural and Better Gourmet products only, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other vouchers or promo codes and are not exchangeable for cash. Any unused voucher balance will not be refunded or carried forward.
Prize Validity
All prizes must be redeemed within the stated redemption period. Expired or unredeemed prizes will be forfeited and cannot be replaced, exchanged or extended.
Prize Availability
Prizes are subject to availability and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. ZENXIN reserves the right to substitute an unavailable prize with another item of similar value.
Verification
ZENXIN reserves the right to reject any Scratch Card or promo code that is duplicated, altered, damaged, tampered with, previously redeemed or suspected to be fraudulent.
Lost or Damaged Cards
ZENXIN will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Scratch Cards or promo codes.
General
By participating in the campaign, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. ZENXIN reserves the right to amend the campaign mechanics or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
