It can be added to soups, stir fried and tossed with hot pasta. It has a mild flavour that pairs well umami foods such as fermented soy, seaweed, mushrooms, meat and seaweed.
High in vitamin C and rich in riboflavin, one cup of cooked wild spinach provides an excellent source of betacarotene, folate, magnesium, potassium, vitamins E, B6, and thiamine. Wild spinach is actually more nutrient dense than cultivated spinach.
