Ingredients:
- 60 g Simply Natural Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 250 g ZENXIN Organic Carrots, peeled, cut in pieces (2 cm)
- 100 g ZENXIN Organic Brown Onions, quartered
- 20 g Simply Natural Fresh Raw Honey
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 245 g tinned Simply Natural Organic Garbanzo, drained, rinsed (drained weight)
- 100 g tahini
- 1 tsp Simply Natural French Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Simply Natural Ground Black Pepper
- 20 g ZENXIN Organic Lemon juice
Methods
- Place oil, carrots, onions, honey, cumin and coriander in a mixing bowl, place a splash guard on the mixing bowl lid and cook High Temp.
- Remove splash guard, insert measuring cup and blend 5 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
- Add chickpeas, tahini, salt, pepper and lemon juice then Blend/15 sec. Season to taste and serve warm or cold.
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly until smooth texture.
- Season to taste and serve warm or cold.
