Simply Natural Cider Vinegar is made exclusively from apples that are organically grown according to the Bioland guidelines from the Association for Bio-Organic Farming in Germany.
No synthetic fertilisers, pesticides, or herbicides were used.
It has not been heat treated, thereby retaining both valuable enzymes and taste.
The sediment at the bottom is known as the ‘mother’, this is evidence that the vinegar is unpasteurised, unrefined and unfiltered and is a culture of beneficial bacteria which can help balance stomach acid, improve insulin sensitivity and boost the immune system.
This is unlike industrially produced vinegar where pasteurization destroys beneficial bacteria and the heat processing removes living enzymes.
